I'm Khy Delgadillo, a San Diego videographer and photographer. I came up in car culture and media production, and today I shoot for real estate agents, dealerships, businesses, events, and podcasts.
My approach is simple: plan the shoot before the camera comes out, shoot everything camera-only, and deliver something you're proud to put your name on. You deal with me directly, from the first message to the final file.

- Turn on every light and open the blinds and curtains.
- Tidy beds, bathrooms, and key rooms.
- Clear cars from the driveway and tidy the yard.

Good to know before booking.
What's the turnaround?
Depends on project scope — confirmed at booking. Editing is billed and scheduled separately from the shoot day.
Are revisions included?
One round of revisions is included in editing. Additional rounds are billed at the $55/hr editing rate.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let me know as soon as you can — dates can usually be moved with enough notice, and your deposit carries over to the new date.
Can I provide my own shot list or direction?
Absolutely. Bring your own references or let me build one from scratch — whatever gets the project where it needs to go.
Do you handle music or audio licensing?
Yes — licensed music can be sourced and added during editing if the project needs it.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Reach out once you have a target date and I'll tell you what's open.
How do I receive the final files?
Digitally, in the formats we agreed on beforehand, so you can post or publish right away.
What else do you shoot?
Beyond automotive, real estate, corporate, events, and podcasts: photography, restaurants and hospitality, product and e-commerce, social media content, sports and fitness, music and artists, and architecture. Ask if you don't see yours.
